United Way is a volunteer-driven organization. With opportunities throughout the year, volunteers govern, provide directions and oversight, make funding decisions, serve on community committees, direct our annual campaign, and drive our annual events.

April 18-24, 2021

In observance of National Volunteer Week, volunteers are invited to help spruce up Little Free Libraries around our community!

Citizens Review Panel

Review grant applications, conduct non-profit agency site visits, and evaluate and recommend programming to aid in funding decisions.

Day of Caring

This one-day event each fall brings together over a thousand Indian River County residents to lend their hands and hearts to a variety of projects for local schools, churches, and nonprofits. (2021 TBD)

Jackie Robinson Celebration Game

Come be a part of Vero Beach’s place in baseball history! Every year on April 15th we celebrate the achievements of Jackie Robinson. (2021 TDB)
