Step 3 - Your Intentions and Funds Within the Endowment

My/Our legacy gift should be added to the Unrestricted Fund and used to support United Way funded partner programming and other community needs as determined by United Way including emergency/crisis and special project grants and disaster relief/recovery.
My/Our legacy gift is at least 20 times my annual gift of $1,000 or more. My/Our gift should be added to the Restricted Fund to perpetuate my annual gift as a member of the Leadership Legacy Circle or Tocqueville Legacy Circle and will only be used to support United Way funded partner programming.
