It’s that time of year again; local citrus growers and packers donate famous Indian River citrus to benefit the community-wide work of United Way of Indian River County.
The annual holiday Citrus Sale will occur throughout the week from 9:00 AM on Monday, November 28, 2022, and ends promptly on Friday, December 2, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Orders can be placed online at UnitedWayIRC.org/citrus-sale, or by phone at (772) 203-5766.
Boxes of Navel oranges or Ruby Red grapefruit will be offered in small boxes for $43.00 or large boxes for $58.00. Shipping is included. Fruit cannot be mixed.
“The citrus houses in our local area have generously supported our mission for over 25 years. Providing this fundraiser to the public every year is a partnership we greatly appreciate,” said Sydney Mihailoff, Relationship Development Manager. All proceeds benefit the programs and services supported by United Way Indian River County.
Fruit is not available for takeaway upon ordering. Cash, check, or credit card accepted. Fruit is scheduled to ship via UPS on December 3, 2022. All orders must be received BEFORE 3:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2022.
Orders can be placed online at UnitedWayIRC.org/citrus-sale, or by phone at (772) 203-5766. For more information, please get in touch with Sydney Mihailoff at [email protected].
