United Way of Indian River County invites the community to hit the courts for a good cause at the Third Annual St. Paddle’s Day Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, March 7, 2026. This family-friendly event brings together fast-paced pickleball, friendly competition, and community camaraderie in support of United Way’s mission.
The tournament begins at 8:30 AM at Dick Bird Park, located at 800 20th Avenue SW in Vero Beach, FL 32962. Players can compete in four divisions: Men’s Advanced, Women’s Advanced, Mixed Advanced, and a Combined Amateur Division with awards provided by Bread & Butter Pickleball.
“Pickleball is a great way to stay active, have fun, and connect with your neighbors, all while supporting programs and services that make a real difference in our community,” said CEO, Meredith Egan. “Events like St. Paddle’s Day show that healthy living and giving back can go hand in hand, and we’re excited to welcome everyone to join us on the courts again this year.”
Registration is $60 per person or $120 per team. With only 12 courts available, space is limited and early registration is encouraged and will close on March 2 at 5:00 PM or when the tournament reaches capacity.
United Way would like to thank Publix, Bread & Butter Pickleball, and Schlitt Services for their generous support of the tournament, helping make this event possible.
